I, of course, know this sacred occasion by its true name:

Smoochy Poochy Kissy Hissy.

Here at MCAR, we are raising money for veterinary treatments, because—listen carefully, darling—your health is the most important thing. I have survived many seasons and at least three questionable humans. Trust me.

Love is not just flowers and nonsense. Love is vet care, full bowls, warm places to nap, and people who show up when it matters most.
